Key Result Areas |
1. Provide a positive impression to the customers
2. Ensure customer is 100% satisfied with level of expertise provided
3. Ensure efficiency and accuracy in fulfilling customer requests.
4. Ensure volume of parts sold
5. Ensure total of satisfaction to customers , technicians and service advisors.

Key Activities |
1. Greets all customers promptly at front counter
2. Assist walk in customers with all selection of parts-up-sale and relay specials
3. Sell parts through the shop ,by phone or over the counter to customers.
4. Determine availability on out of stock items and if requested by customer submit emergency order.
5. Provide guidance to outside sales representatives regarding orders
6. Prepare order daily for shipment delivery or pick-up
7. Retrieve parts purchase from stock
8. Review files weekly to keep track of back orders and return to vendor items
9. Assist Parts Manager in ordering parts
10. Assist technician to determining parts required for repairs with minimal wait time
11. Confirm with Service Manager on repair parts and customer commitment to the repair before ordering out of stock items
12. Follow all company and manufacturer policies, directives and procedures
13. Other responsibilities assigned occasionally |

3. Ensure customer is 100% satisfied dealing with All North Truck Center
4. Ensure compliance of department with all company and vendor policy and regulation
5. Ensure good relationship with all vendors
6. Ensure all warranty is identified
7. Ensure good audit system to monitor all claims

Key Activities |
1. Daily meeting with Service Manager for status report
2. Maintain adequate and systematic files for warranty claims
3. Follow up on all manufacturers claim and re-submit unpaid claim returned
4. Coordinate all parts to be return to the different vendors
5. Coordinate with Service Manager perceived problem in the technicians' efficiency fro warranty service
6. Provide status reports as required by the Service Manager and Controller
7. Other responsibilities assigned occasionally |
